High-end Beringer 6-piston calipers

These calipers are much more than just braking components. They are the result of meticulous precision and meticulous manufacturing. Made from aeronautical aluminum, cut from the mass, these stirrups embody the perfect alliance between lightness and resistance.

The 6-piston Ø 27 mm calipers guarantee incomparable braking feeling and precision, giving you absolute control on the road.

Simplified installation, maximum performance

Designed to mount directly to the fork in place of the stock calipers, these Beringer 6-piston calipers are an essential upgrade for any motorcycle enthusiast looking for performance. The 130 mm center distance makes them compatible with various motorcycle models, and their weight of approximately 1,070 g (with pads) guarantees easy handling.

Patented Aerotec® Technology - Revolutionary

Innovation is at the heart of these Beringer brake calipers thanks to patented Aerotec® technology. Discover how Aerotec® is revolutionizing the world of motorcycle braking:

Advantage: reduced hysteresis

Thanks to patented chrome slides serving as guides for the pads and their neutral positioning, hysteresis is considerably reduced. You feel immediate responsiveness to each braking action.

More aggressive design and increased rigidity

These 6-piston calipers require only 16.5 bars of pressure to achieve equivalent braking torque, compared to the 20 bars required for other calipers. This represents a significant gain of 20% in terms of performance.

Precise dosage for optimal braking control

Metering error is reduced to just 17%, compared to 53% with conventional brake calipers. To achieve the same torque again after releasing the brakes, 14 bars are enough with the Beringer caliper, compared to 12 bars with another caliper.

Parallel pad wear

Thanks to the Aerotec® system, the classic angled wear of the pads is clearly reduced, whatever the level of wear of the pad.

Improved and responsive braking feel

The pads, being less prone to wear at an angle, do not contact the disc when released, thus eliminating unwanted vibrations.

Save money with extended life

Optimizing pad wear results in increased life, efficiency and endurance over the long term.

Outstanding braking performance and improved safety

Braking by Beringer Brakes is a real asset. When pressing the brake pedal, you will be able to achieve a braking torque of 17 mdaN with only 66 bars of pressure on the Beringer calipers, instead of the 80 bars required on a standard system.

Beringer caliper performance

Furthermore, when releasing the pedal, to reach these same 17 mdaN, it will only take 56 bars with Beringer, compared to 48 bars with a classic system. The control error is thus reduced to 17%, improving the yield by 23%.

Positive effect of 6-piston calipers on ABS and braking distance

Braking performance tests were carried out by UTAC in real automotive certification conditions, demonstrating the effectiveness of Aerotec® sliders on ABS operation.

Thanks to the pad guiding patent, these calipers optimize the operation of the ABS by unlocking the wheel more quickly, guaranteeing better control of the vehicle, even on wet surfaces. The braking distance is considerably reduced, improving your safety and that of your passenger.

Reduced stopping distance on wet roads

On surfaces where grip is poor, ABS is particularly stressed.

Beringer: the difference in braking

The UTAC test demonstrated that the stopping distance on wet surfaces is reduced by 8.8 meters on a high-end sports vehicle equipped with these calipers, significantly improving safety, even in difficult conditions.
