"Race Cup": when racing is displayed without complexes
The "Flatline" back graphic directly borrows from the designs of vintage cups and championships. These structured frames were found on race posters, engraved trophies, and official meeting programs.
The deep red and cream beige form a palette that immediately refers to the 60s and 70s, the golden age of racing where visuals were hand-drawn and printed in two colors for lack of better options.
Morex Custom has precisely adopted these codes, without sweetening them. The result is a print that could have come from an archive, except that it is new, and that is exactly the desired effect.
Black as a playground
The black of the "Flatline" t-shirt is not a neutral background; it's a choice of contrast. On the lighter t-shirts in the collection, the prints play on warmth and light. Here, black absorbs everything except what it is asked to show. The red of the racing frame stands out with an intensity that white or beige would not have allowed.
In front, the "Morex Custom" logo in fine, clear typography plays it discreetly, almost an author's signature rather than a commercial hook. The whole works through controlled contrast, not accumulation.
