This design in a single layer of fabric, ensured by Tri Core technology, offers the new Sergeant pants superior comfort , increased sensations and of course, always the same concern for safety .

FUEL 3CORE single layer fabric

Unlike motorcycle pants generally made from two or three layers, an outer fabric in Denim, a Kevlar-type lining, an inner fabric allowing ventilation and protection of the skin, the new Tri Core technology allows you to guarantee the same effectiveness in a single coat .

This advancement in motorcycle protective apparel design, FUEL 3CORE single-layer fabric, has allowed Fuel Motorcycles to create motorcycle pants that effectively combine comfort and abrasion resistance.

The new manufacturing process for this single-layer fabric is made by crossing three threads as shown in the diagram below:

• polyamide;
• cotton ;
• spandex.

Abrasion-resistant fiber is woven directly into the fabric, eliminating the need for a separate layer; the Sergeant 2 is then lighter, more comfortable while benefiting from the same robustness.
